Application Support Engineer

Harvey Nash in a partnership with our prestigious client are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join their growing team on permanent basis.

Salary: £38,000 – £43,000 per annum

Location: Hertfordshire

About the role

Reporting directly to the ICT Application Delivery Manager, this role requires an individual who is flexible, adaptable and focused on providing excellence in Application Support. Strong technical skills and the ability to think outside of the box is essential. They will also have an ability to communicate well at all levels of the business and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

* Support and maintain existing Power Platform solutions

* Support Azure Integration layer

* Investigate and resolve application errors, data issues and queries

* Provide application configuration and maintenance

* Actively work on identifying application system changes, enhancements and developments

Requirements

* Experience supporting 3rd party and in-house developed applications

* Knowledge of Power Apps and iTrent or other HR systems

* Experience working closely with users from incident logging through to issue resolution

* In-depth and thorough understanding of Power Platform capabilities with development experience in canvas apps

* Experience with SharePoint and Office 365
