Application Support Analyst – Insurance – City, London

Our Client, a leading global Lloyds Insurance Underwriter are looking for an Application Support Analyst to provide technical support on an online quote and bind platform.

The Application Support Analyst will provide technical support to both external and internal users of the platform, taking responsibility for small process changes and maintaining customer relationships via phone, email, remote access or desk site.

Working in a small team the Application Support Analyst will be involved in the following:-

* Troubleshooting support queries

* Raising tickets where required to software vendors support team

* Managing individual support tickets through to resolution and keeping stakeholders informed of progress

* User set up/contract management/onboarding of new brokers/coverholders

Skills / experience required:-

* Good analytical skills

* previous experience troubleshooting, debugging and test fixes

* Proven ability to provide high quality customer support

* Ability to work in a fast paced environment where support tickets can exceed 150 per month

* Previous experience working in Financial Services, preferably Insurance, would be highly desirable

This role is hybrid working with 50/50 split of working in their offices in the City, and remotely
