Application Packager
Location: Central London
Contract length: 6 Month FTC
Salary: £70,000
Responsible for:
Delivery and Quality Assurance of group packages to current and future platforms.
Overview,
Our client is seeking a skilled Application Packager in Central London to deliver and ensure the quality of group packages across current and future platforms. Expertise in PSADT, MSI packaging, and Intune is required, along with experience in regulated environments like investment or retail banking. You will troubleshoot and resolve application issues during UAT, adhere to change lifecycle controls, and work with modern workplace architecture. Strong communication, documentation skills, and the ability to work under pressure are essential. The ideal candidate will also identify opportunities for service improvements and collaborate with internal IT for successful delivery.
Responsibilities
* Mid-level packaging resource with PSADT and MSI experience
* Experience in using Intune
* Regulated environment experience e.g. Investment or Retail Banking
* Ma Liaising with users to troubleshoot issues during UAT
* Resolving Application issues
* Adhering to change lifecycle and document controls of central Packaging Team
* Working with Modern workplace Architecture both within our client's business & their customer
* Good communication and excellent documentation skills
* The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and use your initiative and experience based on industry best practices.
* Highlight opportunities to improve/evolve service and technology platforms
* Assist with testing and validation of changes and/or deployments where necessary
* Provide assements to the company and their customer base around improvements and efficiencies
* Work with the Head of Consultancy and Advisory and Modern Workplace Senior Platform Architect
* Demonstrate a customer obsessed mind-set when evaluating solution options and platform improvements.
* Work with our customers internal IT & corporate processes in order to ensure successful delivery

Qualifications
* Knowledge of modern workplace common practices & technology areas
* Ideally previously working as an expert working within modern workplace infrastructure
* Improve user experience and drive Modern Workplace and digital transformation initiatives
