The Role:

As a leading Managed Service Provider in Barnsley, our client takes pride on delivering top-tier IT and support services to a diverse client base. The Account Manager will be the bridge between their clients and technical team, ensuring that all services meet and exceed client expectations. You will play a crucial role in nurturing long-term relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring they receive timely, effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries, and ensuring they receive outstanding service.
Work closely with the technical team to devise and deliver effective solutions tailored to each client's needs.
Monitor service delivery performance, identifying and addressing any issues to ensure client satisfaction.
Conduct regular reviews and reports with clients to demonstrate value and ROI.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to enhance client success and business growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met promptly and effectively.
About You:

Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar client-facing role, ideally within the IT or managed services sector.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
A problem-solver with a client-focused approach and the ability to address client needs effectively.
Excellent organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
A keen eye for opportunities to improve services and support business growth.
Familiarity with IT services and solutions is highly advantageous.
A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement.
