3rd Line IT Support (MSP)

Hartlepool

£35,000 to £45,000 + Internal Training + Company Benefits + Progression

On offer is a great opportunity for a 3rd Line IT Support Engineer with 3 Years + background in IT Support to work in a growing team of IT professionals in an office environment full of knowledgeable and passionate IT specialists. With huge progression and development opportunities to develop skills on an individual needs basis.

In this role, the successful 3rd Line IT Support Engineer will work alongside a dynamic team and oversee the 2nd Line and 3rd line tickets shared between yourself and the team. You should be able to deliver a timely, professional, and friendly service and have a can-do, problem-solving attitude. As the 3rd Line IT Support, you will take ownership of complex requests, and problems that get escalated up.

This role would suit someone with experience in 3rd Line IT support and ideally from an MSP background or similar but not essential, looking to progress their career with a highly reputable Managed Service Provider, with the chance of progressing into a Senior IT Support position.

The Role:

Providing technical support and maintenance to support all user-based IT software and hardware
Working incidents, problems, and complex 3rd Line tickets
Communicating with customers and clients and building relationshipsThe Person:

Experienced in providing Second Line and 3rd Line IT support
Problem solver
Travel to customer sites when needed
