Do you currently work in 2nd Line support and looking for a new challenge?
I am currently working with a leading IT solutions provider nestled in the heart of Edinburgh, where reliability meets expertise. This client specialises in catering to the IT needs of small and medium businesses, offering a team of highly skilled professionals dedicated to ensuring seamless IT operations. This is an exciting to join their business due to a high demand for their services and opportunity to grow you're career!
Ideally, you will have:
– Experience in Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Computer Repair
– Knowledge of Desktop Computers and Printer Support
– Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 Ecosystem, including Email, Teams, Azure and SharePoint
