2nd Line IT Support Engineer

Location: Norwich

Salary: £30,000 to £36,000

Working Pattern: 3 days remote, 2 days onsite

An opportunity has opened for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join an IT Managed Service Provider company based in the outskirts of Norwich. The ideal candidate will have a background working as a 2nd Line Support Engineer (MSP experience is a bonus but not essential). You will also have experience of supporting windows operating systems and servers.

The company are offering a wide range of benefits including working remotely 3 days a week after you have successfully completed your probationary period.

What they’re looking for:

* A background working within 1st and 2nd line IT support

* Strong communication skills and phone manner

* Software and Hardware troubleshooting and maintenance experience

* Office 365, Windows OS, severs, DNS experience

* Any MSP experience would be a bonus

2nd Line IT Support Engineer Responsibilities:

* Supporting windows operating systems and servers

* Office 365 administration and user accounts

* Communicating effectively with customers ensuring ticketing systems are up to date

* IT Hardware builds

* Sever maintenance

* Networking and WiFi troubleshooting
