2nd Line IT Support Engineer
A growing IT managed services provider based in East Sussex have moved into a new and bigger office are seeking to double their Service Desk Support function in 2021 are seeking a multiple 2nd Line Support Engineers to join their Managed services IT Support Function who a responsible for troubleshooting 2nd line escalations.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer with experience of working in a Managed services environment looking for a position with scope to move into a 3rd Line Support Engineer.
Previous experience in a similar role as 2nd line IT support Engineer
Installing IT Hardware and configuration
Providing Technical Support in Cloud infrastructure estate
Cisco Routing & Switching
AWS (Amazon Web Services)Desirable
