1st Line Support Technician
Work as part of support desk team
Liaising with clients helping resolve support queries (face to face, on site visists, on the phone and remote support).
Logging calls on our internal ticketing system, using own initiative and taking ownership of queries.
Experience 1st line support preferable.
Cloud services – including Office 365, SharePoint, Google Drive, Dropbox
An understanding of MAC OS and support issues.
Understanding of basic OS and application installations and technical support technologies eg Servers (phone number removed) OS's, Exchange, Service shares, Active Directory, Printer Shares
Confident & keen to progress
There will be on job training to increase your technical ability and growth.
Must be a Driver with own car.
