Service Desk Analyst / Help Desk Analyst
Service Desk Analyst / Help Desk Analyst is required by leading UK organisation to essentially Working within a pleasant, fast paced support environment. This role will entail customer support and 1st line IT support within a Microsoft environment, spanning MS Office, MS Outlook, Active Directory administration experience, etc. You will be supporting software and hardware, including PCs, laptops printers, mobile devices, etc.
We are looking for candidates who have excellent customer service skills with at least one year's experience of working on a Helpdesk or Service Desk providing 1st Line Support.
