A talented IT genius is required to work as a 1st Line Support Technician in a Plymouth based MSP. They work across multiple sectors including education.

THE ROLE:

60% of your time is spent in the office providing remote support, and 40% of your time is spent on-site visiting customers. You'll go as far as Exeter and Cornwall.
Beyond the usual 1st Line Support, the company has a strong emphasis on cyber security
Career progression is available, and the company will invest in your training and education.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Previous IT support experience
Knowledge of computer networks, servers and Office 365
Car owner and driver
Great communication and customer service skills
Good sense of humour
Able to gain an enhanced DBS check
Currently local to Plymouth.
SALARY & BENEFITS:

£22,500 – £25,000, dependent on experience
22 days holiday + public holidays
