Job Title: Workday Learning Design and Config Specialist

Max Supplier Charge Rate: £650 – £685 per day inside ir35

Clearance required: BPSS – UK Passport holder

Location: London/hybrid

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Workday Learning Design & Configuration Specialist for a client of mine who are a leading IT constancy and digital transformation organisation to join their London-based team. The role focuses on designing, configuring, and optimizing Workday Learning modules while ensuring alignment with business requirements. This is a hands-on technical position with exposure to multiple Workday modules, reporting, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and configure Workday Learning modules, including hands-on implementation of business requirements.
Implement business rules, create condition rules, and develop complex calculated fields.
Customize the Workday system to meet business needs and improve processes.
Develop, test, and maintain Workday reports and dashboards.
Manage security roles and maintain understanding of Workday security models.
Support system updates, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth integrations.
Provide end-user training and create clear documentation for system configurations and changes.

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in Workday Learning configuration and design.
Strong understanding of business rules, calculated fields, and reporting.
Experience managing Workday security roles and permissions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot system issues.
Strong communication skills to deliver user training and system documentation.
