Job Title: Product Designer – AI-Driven Financial Insight (FTC)
Location: London (on-site preferred, hybrid considered)
Contract Type: 3-month Fixed-Term Contract
Salary: £5,000–£7,000 per month, depending on experience

Overview
We’re hiring a highly capable Product Designer to help build an AI-driven financial insight platform for the healthcare sector. The project involves turning complex financial and clinical data into simple, powerful tools for decision-making. You’ll work closely with product and engineering in a small, focused team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end product design process, from discovery and wireframing through to final UI

*

Translate complex datasets and AI outputs into clear, human-centred product experiences

*

Build and maintain design systems in Figma

*

Collaborate with engineers to ensure design feasibility and polish

*

Conduct fast, practical user validation to inform design direction

Essential Requirements

*

At least 5 years’ experience in product or UX/UI design within SaaS, fintech, or health-tech

*

Strong examples of shipped work showing elegant handling of data-heavy or AI-based products

*

Expert Figma skills and the ability to work quickly without supervision

*

UK-based and fully eligible to work (no sponsorship)

*

Willing to attend London office regularly – this is not a remote role

*

Excellent communication and stakeholder skills

Preferred Profile
This is suited to someone who’s hands-on, self-sufficient, and used to working at pace in a small, high-trust environment. You’ll be expected to bring design leadership and independent judgement from day one
