I am supporting a Microsoft partner that harness technology to provide managed service across mainly healthcare and education sectors.
 
You will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical incidents escalated from the 1st Line Support team. This involves investigating and addressing complex issues across both on-premises infrastructure, including servers and networking, and cloud-based environments.
 
Experience needed –

Previous MSP experience
Solid End-user support experience 
The tech stack will include: Azure, VM’s, AVD, SCCM, Hyper-V, TCP/IP and more.
 
If you also hold any Azure certification that will put you in good stead.
