Main Purpose of the Role:
We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the successful design, implementation, and embedding of strategic transformations within a global organisation. This role will ensure that transformation initiatives are translated into executable, scalable, and sustainable Target Operating Models (TOMs) that drive measurable business impact.
The Transformation Enablement and Readiness Lead will establish enterprise-wide standards for transformation design, readiness, and adoption, ensuring these are consistently applied across markets and functions to deliver sustainable change and strategic outcomes.
Key Accountabilities:
Lead Target Operating Model (TOM) Design Governance: Oversee and provide design assurance for TOMs, ensuring structural integrity, role clarity, and operational sustainability.
Drive Implementation Readiness for Key Programmes: Lead readiness planning for rollout initiatives, embedding organisational alignment, capability uplift, and operational effectiveness.
Develop and Maintain Transformation Playbooks: Define and uphold frameworks and methodologies to standardise transformation delivery, enabling consistent and repeatable processes.
Establish Change Enablement Frameworks: Design organisational readiness and adoption frameworks across people, process, technology, and governance to ensure disciplined implementation of transformation initiatives.
Create and Mentor a Change Management Community of Practice: Collaborate with Change Managers to share best practices, standardise tools, and enhance adoption methodologies.
Assess and Assure Organisational Readiness: Define clear readiness criteria and oversee assessment processes to ensure organisations are prepared for operating model transitions.
Provide Support for At-Risk Programmes: Intervene in transformation programmes facing challenges, delivering structured support to ensure risks are mitigated and outcomes achieved.
Embed Sustainable Change into Business-As-Usual (BAU): Ensure smooth transitions of new operating models into BAU with defined performance metrics and governance mechanisms.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience (Essential):

Proven expertise in Target Operating Model design and implementation.
Experience embedding cross-functional operating frameworks.
Comprehensive knowledge of enterprise-level change enablement.
Experience managing complex, multi-country transformation programmes.
Strong capability to establish scalable transformation frameworks and standards.
Qualifications:
Degree in Business, Strategy, Operations, or a related discipline.
An MBA and/or Change Management qualification (e.g. Prosci, APMG Change) is desirable.
Knowledge:
Deep understanding of Target Operating Model design principles and frameworks.
Knowledge of transformation lifecycle governance and organisational design.
Familiarity with change management, capability development, and adoption methodologies.
Skills:
Expertise in operating model design and validation.
Strong aptitude for structured thinking and converting strategies into implementable models.
Proven capability in organisational readiness assessment and adoption planning.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive facilitation skills.
Experience:
Extensive leadership experience designing and implementing operating models within large-scale programmes.
Experience delivering transformation across HR, Finance, IT, or other business functions.
Proven track record of embedding lasting changes into complex organisations.
Previous experience in multi-country or multi-market environments will be advantageous.
