* Duration: 13 weeks
* Format: Online, practical workshops
* Schedule: Mon-Thur 6-9pm
* Start date: 17th August 2026
* Spaces: Limited to 35 learners per cohort

* IT Systems Administrator: £25,000 – £35,000
* Technical Support Technician: £23,000 – £27,000
* Entry Level IT Technician: £22,000 – £25,000
* Helpdesk Analyst: £18,000 – £25,000

Eligibility
To apply, you must:
* Live in the West Midlands
* Be aged 19 or over
* Earn below the gross annual wage cap of £36,126 (West Midlands)
* Not currently be undertaking any other government-funded training
* Not be in the UK on a student, graduate, postgraduate or sponsorship visa, or as a dependent of someone who is
