Test Manager

Test Manager required by a global cloud technology company based in Bracknell, Berkshire. Due to continued global expansion the company are looking for a Test Manager who will lead a team of QA Engineers but is also expected to be hands on when required.

The company operate on a hybrid model which involves 3 days a week in the office.

Essential experience:

Degree in Computer Science or other STEM subject, ideally from a Russell Group university
Strong hands-on software testing background
Experience leading QA Engineers
Customer facing experience
Usability, performance, security testing
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and processes
