This is a new position created in a company that continues to grow and has exciting plans for the future. You will be joining a small support team which manages a varied production environment.

The core focus of this role will be supporting internal customers across a number of UK offices, helping to manage Office 365, Azure and Exchange Online environments.

For this Technical Support Engineer role which is at 2nd/3rd level you require skills and experience in most of the following:

Office 365, Azure and Exchange Online
Supporting customers with a wide variety of issues
Administering, operating and updating Linux and Windows operating systems
Knowledge of Hyper-V virtualisation technologies
TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
Jira and Confluence
