We are looking for a technical support assistant to support our wonderful team at Sunderland Care and Support. This is an amazing opportunity for support agents/assistant.

Requirment:

* Relevant qualification, or equivalent, or working experience within the relevant discipline

* Relevant working experience within the service area and of operational practices including statutory, legislative requirements and various terms and conditions.

* Understanding and production of performance, data & information.

* Act as a point of contact for other team members in relation to technical and quality assurance issues.

* Candidte needs to be UK resident or have valid right to work in UK
