As a Technical Project Manager your role will be pivotal in delivering consulting services for change management, specifically relating to critical IT infrastructures to our prestigious clients.
You will be responsible for delivering ad-hoc project and programme management engagements and you must possess a fundamental understanding and the ability to streamline and document existing migration and consultancy methodology.
To be successful in the role you must be an effective communicator and possess the ability to build and maintain excellent relationships, as a key interface between the company and our clients. Encompassed in this role will be the responsibility to support the business at pre-sales, working closely with the pre-sales team, providing an in depth understanding on how the business resources projects, to ensure excellent service delivery and exceed our clients’ expectations.
Skills and experience needed for the Technical Project Manager:
5+ Years’ experience Project Managing technical IT projects
Have a good level of technical experience, especially within the data centre space, surrounding Networking, Storage, Infrastructure and Architecture
The ability to communicate effectively in both technical and non-technical terms.
The ability to co-ordinate resources across multiple projects within an IT function.
Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods
Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing rising talent in the technology department
Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams
Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
£45,000 – £55,000 gross per annum, dependant on relevant experience.
22 days basic holiday (increasing to a maximum of 25 days)

Private healthcare after 1 years’ service.
9:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
This role is based at our Croydon headquarters (CR0 4WD).
