A leading creative software and technology client, based in Cambridge, are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join their development team. The role requires someone with a strong background in technical project management with a focus on a variety of software and engineering projects.
Since its launch my client have grown into one of the world’s leading software solutions company in their chosen field of digital and media, working across offices in the UK and US.
Technical Project Manager role
The Technical Project Manager will form and essential part of the product development team, working across the end to end project lifecycle making sure all projects meet agreed milestones and the product roadmap plans.
Other Responsibilities include:
Managing internal software development projects, with oversight across the entire project lifecycle.
Designing of the comprehensive development plans that combine requirements and company goals.
Monitoring project progress across measurable items including milestones and deliverables.
Communicating with all relevant team members, identifying problems, creating solutions and implementation of those solutions.
Technical Project Manager Requirements
Analytical and problem solving skills
Working as a project manager within software and hardware.
Experience of Software development.
Experience of Mechanical design.
Working with media server or media creation organisation is a nice addition to have.
As mentioned above the skills that they will be looking for is effective Project Manager roles as well as the software and hardware skills that are essential for this position.
They are looking to pay up to £65,000 DOE, with excellent and ongoing career progression and excellent benefits scheme.
