We are working with a growing MSP in Glocuester who are seeking a Technical Lead in a newly created role. This role will work closely with the Directors taking on the technical ownership for their clients with a real focus on project delivery.

Strong working knowledge of Azure, M365 solutions and Fortinet is needed and you will be involved in pre-sales conversations as well. This is a great opportunity for a strong Project Engineer looking to step up or an experienced Technical Lead looking to get in with an MSP during their early stages.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage technical projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
Provide expert guidance and support on Windows Server, M365, Azure, and Fortinet solutions.
Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of client IT systems.
Act as a technical point of escalation for complex issues, providing advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Mentor and develop a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and deliver customised IT solutions.
Ensure adherence to best practices in IT security, compliance, and data protection.
What Experience do you need?

Extensive experience in a technical lead role within an MSP environment.
Proficiency in Windows Server, including installation, configuration, and management.
Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, including administration and support.
In-depth knowledge of Azure technologies, including cloud infrastructure, services, and administration.
Solid understanding of Fortinet products, including firewalls and network security solutions.
Proven track record of managing and delivering complex IT projects.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, Microsoft 365 Certified, Azure Certifications, and Fortinet NSE are highly desirable. What will you get?
