Overview:

We are currently recruiting for the position of Systems Administrator to join our dynamic and fast-paced business which has experienced substantial growth in the last few years having built strong relationships with leading construction firms, architects, developers, and electrical subcontractors.

As a Systems Administrator at Orlight you will be the first point of contact for our customers, external sales executives, and warehouse team. This role is extremely fast paced and not for the faint hearted!

Applicants must be dedicated, articulate, computer literate and ready to take on new challenges every day. Being responsible for millions of pounds worth of merchandise being delivered, you will be expected to make important decisions in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Raising quotations for existing customers and new prospects
Sales pipeline and forecasting management.
Highly organized and able to deal with a multitude of unique requests every day.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitor activities, and potential for new products and services.
Delivering the highest standard of customer service
Contribute towards Company targets and KPI’s
Coordinate efficiently with internal teams to fulfil customer needs

Qualifications & Skills

Sales or support role experience
Experience within construction and lighting preferred but not essential.
Excellent telephone manner
Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
Attention to detail
IT literate – MS Office
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to work under pressure
