Our client is currently looking to recruit a Systems Administrator to join their team in busy team in Bedford.
In this role you will be providing support by identifying business process requirements in the ongoing development of the AzeusCare system and ensure training is delivered. You will also be responding to the required improvement plans and to ensure that the business processes and systems across the service meet the requirements, provide system administration for the AzeusCare system, effectively prioritise software faults and support the directorate in risk analysis and resolution, log ICT Issues directly with the Supplier and support the ongoing development of Social Care information systems. You must have Azure experience and knowledge of social care systems.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous Azure and Office 365 experience
* Worked with Social Care systems
* Previous experience working in a 2nd line support position
* Knowledge of Data protection guidelines
* Advanced knowledge of IT software
