IT Support Analyst & Infrastructure Engineer

1st & 2nd Line Support, Networking and management

Opportunity to join a UK company who are leaders in the travel sector.

Work includes:

* 1st & 2nd line desktop support

* Infrastructure support and management with O365, Intune, Azure Entra

* Networking Routers and connected devices

* Management of 3rd party suppliers

* Azure DevOps (gain AZ 900 and upwards)

* Applications Support (Gain skills with SQL and more)

* Leadership of Junior

* Lead projects delivering high business impact

Skills and experience required:

* Strong skills with Office 365, Intune, Azure

* Mid level Networking skills with Routers (e.g CISCO), worked with TCP/IP services etc

* Experience with Active Directory is beneficial but not essential

* Confidence to manage 3rd parties (e.g outsource support services)

* Customer Support friendly
