Software Solutions Director / Software Engineering Director

The Role:

As a Board Director reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead a global team of 100+ across the UK, India, Australia, and the US. Your mission is to oversee sales, product development, implementations, service desk, and account management, ensuring excellence at every step.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and inspire cross-functional teams,

* Provide strategic vision and leadership, aligning with business objectives and market trends.

* Develop and execute strategies to drive growth in revenue, profitability, and market share.

* Inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

* Manage the end-to-end client lifecycle, from sales to ongoing account management.

* Build strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and partners.

* Scale operations and ensure service excellence for our clients.

* Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

* Ensure compliance with regulatory and data security standards.

* Manage financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation.

* Lead product development and innovation efforts.

* Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

Experience and Capabilities:

* Proven track record in leading and growing software businesses.

* Exceptional leadership and client relationship skills.

* Experience in product development, service delivery, and team building.

* Senior leadership experience with multi-site global teams.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Financial acumen and experience in managing budgets.

* Strong background in modern software development principles & best practices

* Ability to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

* Knowledge CRM / Billing / SaaS / Salesforce software solutions is highly desirable
