Software Product Development Manager – Content Build
This is a role for an experienced Team Leader or Manager with a strong background in software product design and or development. This is a hands-on role where you will manage a team working on the content build for complex healthcare systems, this includes eForms & personal health records.
This role forms part of a wider software product delivery team and is critical to overall delivery of the software solutions.
Key Criteria for the Software Product Development Manager
* Background in software product design and or development
* Good understanding of content build process for software products
* Experience of managing and planning tasks to meet project timelines
* Run team meetings
* Proven ability to manage, motivate and support a technical team
* Proven ability to manage internal and external communication to keep things on track
* Ability to negotiate with stakeholders to resolve any issues that may affect contractual commitments
