Software Development Manager

Software Development Manager required by a successful software company with a global customer base.

The Software Development Manager will be responsible for managing a team of .NET Developers and testers based in the UK and US.

The successful Software Development Manager is likely to have come from a .NET development background and progressed into technical leadership to managing a team or teams of developers ideally in a Microsoft environment.

The company's software development teams use the latest Microsoft technology to develop products for data security for customers in various industries.

The company have a fully remote working policy with no requirement to visit an office.

Essential experience:

Degree in Computer Science or similar subject
Background in .NET development
Technical leadership including software design and architecture responsibility
Line management of software development / Scum teams
Agile
