Site Reliability Engineer is sought by an AI & data software house based near Cheltenham.

Working at the forefront of national defence and security this Site Reliability Engineer will be working with a close-knit engineering team to automate key infrastructure facilitating improvements in application deployment & scalability.

This role would suit a Site Reliability Engineer with a solid background in software engineering who can bring experience working with the latest automation and config management tooling.

Due to the sensitive nature of the work SC or DV clearance would be a distinct environment.

This Site Reliability Engineer based near Cheltenham should have most of the following key skills:

– A proven software engineering background (Java, Python, C++, node etc)
– Experience delivering new tooling for infrastructures
– Strong automation and configuration management SRE experience
– Strong cloud services best practice
– Linux/ GNU expertise
– Database performance management (MongoDB, PostgreSQL etc)

This Site Reliability Engineer will receive:

– Starting salary of £75,000 – £90,000 DoE
