You will be tasked with the following,

* A customer services background

* Previous experience working on a Service Desk

* Previous knowledge/experience of using LANDesk (desirable)

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Have an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft products including Office (Apply online only)

* Excellent Customer Service skills

* High degree of multi-tasking

* Assertive, confident, positive and professional manner

* Ability to deal with potentially stressful situations

* Provide shift cover with current Service Desk operations between 07:30 – 18:00 Mon – Fri
