Job Description

Service Desk Analyst – 4 Month Contract – Nottingham – Inside IR35

VIQU has partnered with an organisation based in Nottingham, who are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to provide 1st and 2nd Line BAU Support.

The successful Service Desk Analyst will join a busy team, providing both remote and onsite support to a large user base. 

Role responsibilities for the Service Desk Analyst:

Provide 1st and 2nd Line support on the Service Desk
Troubleshooting and solving hardware & software issues, escalating where necessary
Provide excellent customer service both remotely and deskside
Key Skills and experience:

Experience as a Service Desk Analyst / within 1st and 2nd Line Support
Windows 10 / 11 Administration and Support
Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Exchange, OneDrive
Experience with Active Directory
Microsoft Intune would be beneficial
Excellent diagnostic and resolution skills
Excellent customer service skills
Working knowledge of ITIL

Job role: Service Desk Analyst
Job type: Contract
Duration: 4-month contract
Rate: £180 – £200 per day
IR35 status: Inside IR35
Location: Fully onsite in Nottingham
