Are you an experienced Service Desk Analyst with a flare for providing excellent customer service and maintaining composure in a busy and demanding environment? We have a number of Service Desk roles for a client based in Leeds.
This is a 12 month FTC.
* Previous knowledge / experience of using a call logging system
* Have an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft products including Office 2010 – 2016
* Active Directory, Windows 10, H/W & S/W support
* Excellent Customer Service skills
* Assertive, confident, positive and professional manner
* Ability to deal with potentially stressful situations
* Flexible and adaptable as the business demands
* Ability to work in a team as well as on own
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Strong attention to detail in logging support calls, updating call details and managing call closure
* Ability to work under pressure
* ITIL Foundation (desirable)
