Service Desk Analyst

We have a number of exciting new opportunities for Service Desk Analysts to join a leading Financial Services company, based in central Bristol.
These roles will join the team that provide 1st Level IT Support for incident resolution and service requests for their internal users. You will be working in a collaborative team for a company that supports your learning and career growth.
We are looking for candidates with experience including:
First point of contact for all incidents and service requests, handling tickets and providing 1st line support
Excellent customer service skills to build effective relationships with colleagues
Escalating tickets, where necessary, to the wider support teams
Using ITSM tool to manage tickets (ServiceNow or similar tools)
Maintaining accurate ticket records, ensuring callers are kept informed throughout the lifecycle of the request As well as excellent career progression they also offer an extensive benefits package which includes:

Study support (training and certifications) The role will initially be based fully remote, with a hybrid working model moving forward (2-3 days remote). Their office is based in the city centre with excellent transport links and close to Temple Meads station.
