Service Desk Analyst / 1/2nd Line Support
Are you an IT Support Analyst with over 12 months experience?
Our client is a top law firm based in the heart of central London and they are looking for someone who has good 1st and 2nd line experience within a professional services environment.
Have you got experience providing support for Document Management Systems?
Our client will only consider candidates who have provided support for applications such as iManage / Filesite / Worksite / Netdocs, so they can hit the ground running.

Other essential technical requirements:
* In-Depth Knowledge of Office 2013/16/365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
