A leading organisation in central Bristol is looking for a number of Service Desk Analysts to join its growing support function.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Providing "best in class" IT support to internal staff
Acting as first point of contact for all incidents and service requests.
Triaging tickets and escalating tickets, where necessary, to the wider support teams
Maintaining accurate ticket records, ensuring callers are kept informed throughout the lifecycle of the request.
Adhering to service management processes and standards. Ensuring excellent incident management to minimise business impact
Meeting service level agreements and building effective relationships with colleagues, to aide IT support and the delivery of high standards of service.
Creating and updating knowledge items and other relevant documentationWhat you will need:

Commercial IT support experience is highly desirable – as is a relevant qualification.
Strong communicator (written and verbal)
Good attention to detail and highly organised
Able to work and perform under pressure. Proactive, resourceful and uses own initiative What can you expect:

Salary of £23k – £27k
