Service Desk Analyst

Our client is currently looking to recruit a Service Desk Analyst to join their expanding business.
The successful candidate will be required to provide technical remote support diagnosing and resolving customer issues. You will have previous 1st/2nd line or Service Desk experience with past experience supporting Windows XP-7, Active Directory, Exchange, MS Office Applications and VPN's.
It would also be advantageous to have Windows Server 2008 and / or Citrix experience however this is not essential. In addition to technical skills you will also have excellent customer service, communication and problem solving skills.
Preference will be given to candidates who hold a Microsoft Certification or have experience in a ITIL based environment.
