Are you an enthusiastic, and customer service focused individual looking to join a dynamic team?
 
This role will give you the foundations to learn and expand your knowledge and experience as a Service Desk Analyst and progress your IT career.   
 
There is continued training and development (averaging 1 day per WEEK), ensuring you acquire technical skills and the opportunity to take on more responsibilities as you develop.   
 
You will provide a single point of contact for customers across the UK on all IT related issues. You will be responsible for logging calls, troubleshooting problems, and then escalating calls to the 2nd & 3rd line technical support teams and any relevant third parties. You will have full ownership of the calls that you take: To quickly identify and resolve broad ranging incidents whilst providing high standards of customer service.   
 
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

Passion for technology
Keen to learn new skills and further your knowledge
Familiarity of Microsoft technologies (Windows, MS Office, Outlook, Active Directory and Internet Explorer)
Full UK driving license
Flexible to work in a weekend shift environment
