Initial 3 Month Contract
£450 – £500 (Outside IR35)
We are seeking a skilled Service Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of user-centred design principles and have a proven track record in creating effective service experiences. This role is crucial as we aim to improve the way our services are delivered to users.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of services that meet user needs while aligning with organisational goals.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform service improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, developers, and researchers, to deliver high-quality service designs.
Develop service blueprints, journey maps, and other design artefacts to communicate service concepts clearly.
Continuously iterate on service designs based on user feedback and changing requirements.
GDS Assessment:
Demonstrated experience in preparing services for Government Digital Service (GDS) assessments.
Ability to ensure compliance with GDS standards and guidelines, contributing to the successful delivery of services
