Senior Project Manager

I am seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our clients Transformation & IT team.

As the Senior Project Manager you will lead and oversee multiple projects, focusing on in-house software development, ensuring successful delivery within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints. This role involves managing matrix teams, including international members, to drive value throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Project Manager:

Develop business cases aligned with organizational vision and assess readiness for change.
Schedule project deliverables, milestones, and tasks.
Lead and motivate project teams, engaging stakeholders to understand and communicate changes.
Monitor project dependencies, budgets, risks, and issues.
Establish work plans, analyze proposals, and implement communication plans.
Conduct risk assessments and ensure project goals align with business objectives.
Direct project activities, review status reports, and establish standards for reporting and documentation.Key skills for the Senior Project Manager:

Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Agile).
Strong communication, influencing, and negotiating skills.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
Experience managing Software Developers, Business Analysts and Project Managers.
Knowledge of emerging technologies and their business applications.
Team player with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
