Senior IT Technician
Tewkesbury
 
We're seeking a Senior IT Technician to join an industry-leading business based in Tewkesbury.
As a Senior IT Technician, you'll play a key role in managing the Information and Communication Technology requirements, ensuring seamless operations across the organisation.
 
What you’ll be doing:

Assist the IT Manager in coordinating Systems and hardware.
Identifying opportunities for enhancements and implementing new solutions.
Provide responsive support for network, printer, desktop, and laptop issues, ensuring hardware remains fault-free.
Assist in managing and maintaining company mobile phones, IT hardware, and other systems.
Utilise Visual Basic (VB) for software development, particularly with Excel.
Integrate SQL databases with other systems for management reporting. 
What you need to be successful:

Minimum Level 4 qualification in ICT, business, or Project Management, or equivalent experience.
Strong knowledge of software programs, including Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and high-level Excel skills.
Proficiency in SQL database management and Visual Basic (VB) programming.
Analytical mindset to interpret information effectively.
