We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our IT team in Watford. This is a key role for us as we continue through a period of growth.

You’ll:

* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, department heads, and external vendors.

* Establish and enforce project management standards, processes, and methodologies.

* Develop and implement risk management strategies.

* Allocate resources effectively to meet project goals.

* Monitor and report on programme/project performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs), milestones, and budget adherence.

We’re looking for:

* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

* Experience of managing Project Managers, and also business and technical projects

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

* Proficiency in project management software and tools

* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

* Knowledge and expertise aligned to professional certification in project management (PRINCE2 practitioner, Agile Scrum Master, Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications)
