Job Title: Senior IT Engineer / Project Engineer

Location: Newcastle-Upon-Tyne

Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 

PLUS Vendor Certifications / Qualifications, Private Pension, BUPA  Healthcare, Free Gym Membership, Social Events, Pool Cars / Vans.

Are you looking for an all-round IT Support role where can gain certifications and work on client projects?

We are currently looking for a Senior IT Support Engineer to join a successful and technical Managed Service Provider in Newcastle. With over 10 years of organic growth, they have built a strong reputation for technical expertise and reliability. Their client base spans from the North East to Portsmouth, and even to the US and Dubai.

You will be a Senior Engineer resolving escalated tickets as well as taking the lead on project work for clients.

Requirements: 

• Previous experience in Managed Services

• Technical Knowledge of Windows Server, Networking, and Virtualization Technologies such as Hyper-V or VMWare 

• Strong knowledge of Cloud Computing – Office 365, Azure

• Experience with Network installations

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills 

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
