Senior IT Business Analyst – SAP – Hybrid (UK-offices) – To £65k + bonus

Are you an experienced Senior IT Business Analyst with a focus on SAP systems, seeking a new challenge? We are looking for someone with over 5 years of ERP experience who excels in driving strategic initiatives and influencing decision-making within the SAP landscape.

In this role, you'll lead efforts to align SAP capabilities with business needs, collaborate with teams for smooth integration, and solve problems to shape strategic ERP initiatives. Your expertise will be crucial in refining business analysis processes related to SAP, improving operational efficiency. You'll be working closely with the finance and HR teams and will get stuck into some large transformation pieces of work.

You will bring integration expertise to the company, and be able to advise on projects (including timelines, scope, budgets, etc.). Risk management will also factor into your role, so someone who has overseen implementations before and understand the risks that come with these transformations is key.

I'm looking to speak to someone with in-depth SAP knowledge, proficiency in ERP systems beyond SAP, and familiarity with Coupa applications. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are a must, along with project delivery experience and problem-solving expertise. You'll be out and about dealing with a multitude of stakeholders from all areas of the company (in the UK and abroad) and you'll see yourself working in an Agile environment.

If you have a degree, preferably in a numerate or Computer Science subject, a BCS Diploma in Business Analysis, and SAP Certification, that's a plus. But most importantly, we're looking for someone with a proactive mindset, attention to detail, and adaptability to evolving project needs.

In return, you'll be given a competitive salary (of up to £65k), a bonus (10%), a car allowance (£6k), plus a great benefits package. You'll be required to attend a local office (several spread across the UK) once/week.
