We are partnering with a fast-growing technology business who has a strong focus on AI and automation. Working with high profile clients, this company drives data automation and has a truly global presence. With ambitious growth plans, this client is looking to add a Senior Global Payroll & Benefits Specialist to their payroll function.

As the Senior Global Payroll & Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Ownership of the UK, EMEA and APAC payrolls – this includes inputs, checks, and payments
Drive UK payroll compliance, including RTI & HMRC submissions, year-end activities that includes P11Ds
Perform payroll reconciliations and provide payroll journals to the wider finance team
Administer all starter and leaver paperwork
Resolve all payroll related queries
Full responsibility for the UK & International benefits – this includes benefit enrolments, benefit related queries & business communication on company benefits
Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management
Work with external payroll vendors
Work with the Payroll Manager to drive best practice & accuracy across the function
