My client are in need of 2 contract Scrum Masters on initial 6 month contracts. The role will involve some on site work, around 1-2 days per week. The role has been deemed outside IR35 and the day rate is dependant on experience.

Skills & experience required:
– Experience of working with Software development teams who are already applying Scrum principles
– Kanban knowledge
– Worked as a Scrum Master for at least 4 years
– Extensive knowledge of Agile approaches
– Excellent communication and mentoring skills
– Multiple Scrum Master certifications
