SAP SD Consultant

UK Based – Hybrid Working

£75,000 – £90,000 + Bonus & Benefits

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud SD Consultant to join a growing SAP practice delivering cloud ERP transformation programmes across the UK. This role will focus on the design, configuration, and optimisation of Sales and Distribution processes within SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, working closely with business stakeholders and project teams to deliver best-practice solutions.

Responsibilities:

Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops to gather requirements and align business processes with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud best practices
Design and configure SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud SD solutions across Order-to-Cash processes
Advise stakeholders on standard SAP Public Cloud functionality and support process transformation initiatives
Configure and support key SD areas including sales order processing, pricing, billing, shipping, returns, and customer management
Work closely with business users to identify process improvements and maximise adoption of standard SAP functionality
Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical and integration teams where required
Support data migration activities, testing cycles, and cutover planning
Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect resolution
Collaborate with consultants across Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain workstreams to ensure end-to-end process integration
Support go-live, hypercare, and continuous improvement activities
Provide knowledge transfer and user training to key business stakeholders

Your Experience:

Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud projects within a Sales and Distribution or Order-to-Cash capacity
Strong understanding of SAP Public Cloud principles, Fit-to-Standard methodology, and clean core architecture
Hands-on configuration experience across SAP SD and Order-to-Cash processes
Experience with sales order management, pricing, billing, shipping, returns, and customer master data
Strong understanding of standard SAP Public Cloud functionality and best practice business processes
Experience working closely with business stakeholders in workshop-led environments
Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and agile delivery approaches
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills
Experience integrating SD processes with Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain functions
SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud certification would be highly advantageous
Previous consulting or implementation partner experience would be beneficial
