SAP PLM Consultant – S/4HANA & PEO

UK-Based (Hybrid Working) Happy to commute to Reading

Due to ongoing growth across their high-security digital practices, they are seeking an experienced SAP consultant to support complex PLM and engineering integration environments.

The role involves acting as a key functional specialist within an Application Development & Maintenance (ADM) team supporting a secure S/4HANA landscape. You will bridge the gap between design and production by managing product structures, BOM transitions (EBOM to MBOM), document management systems (DMS), and PLMSI integrations. It is a highly varied position where you will resolve critical operational incidents, manage change control, and collaborate with engineering and manufacturing stakeholders across complex industries such as aerospace and defence.

The Role:

SAP PLM & PEO Support Specialist

Managing engineering change control, version management, and BOM transitions

Supporting SAP DMS, CAD/3D model data, and PLMSI integration workflows

Investigating and resolving process issues and service requests in secure client environments

Hybrid working with flexible arrangements

Candidate Requirements:

Must hold active UK Developed Vetting (DV) Security Clearance

Hands-on experience supporting SAP PEO, DMS, or PLMSI solutions within SAP S/4HANA

Background in engineering-to-manufacturing lifecycle processes (BOM management, product data governance)

Experience operating within complex, highly regulated engineering, defence, or manufacturing sectors

Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
