This well known and highly respected financial services organisation has invested heavily in Salesforce and working as part of a growing Salesforce DevOps team made up of Developers, Architects and Business users you will help design, develop and deploy enterprise Salesforce solutions that add real value.
This organisation has put Salesforce at the heart of its tech strategy and you will have the opportunity to put your Business Analysis and Salesforce Administration skills to work across 5 Salesforce orgs including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Industries (Vlocity), that support various functions within this business globally. Working in a fast-paced, Agile environment you will translate business needs into requirements, shaping and informing solution design and architecture, and initiating and presenting recommendations based on analysis to influence decision making within multiple lines of business and across a diverse portfolio of demand.

To be successful in this team, you will be a proactive and enthusiastic Salesforce Business Analyst with strong Salesforce Administration skills. You will have exposure to Sales and/or Service cloud and you MUST have:
Salesforce Administrator Certified (ADM201) – other Salesforce Certifications advantageous
Strong BA skills with experience in gathering and translating business demand into requirements
Strong stakeholder management skills
Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce including workflows, validation rules, and security control
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good problem-solving skills and ability to take end-to-end ownership of work
Experience in using Jira is desirable
Successful candidates can expect a salary of £45k-£55k plus annual bonus and a superb 12% Non-contributory pension. This is a hybrid role and this business takes a common-sense approach to the current Covid status. Typically, you can expect to visit the office 4 times per month minimum (once a week although this is not a strict rule and there is plenty of flexibility on offer). Office locations are in Swindon, Wiltshire and Fareham, Hampshire. Fully remote is not on offer for this role and the team still get great value of having face time. Of course, if you prefer being in the office more frequently this is possible.
