📍 Manchester (Hybrid)
💰 £30,000 basic + uncapped commission

We're hiring a Sales Development Representative to join a growing sales team, focused on generating new business opportunities through proactive outbound activity. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with transferable sales experience, or an ambitious graduate with a genuine interest in technology and sales.

What you'll be doing:

Prospecting new customers through phone, email and LinkedIn
Building and qualifying a pipeline of opportunities
Conducting discovery conversations with prospective clients
Booking meetings for the senior sales team
Working closely with Business Development Managers to drive pipeline growthWhat we're looking for:

Previous sales, customer-facing or lead generation experience is desirable, but not essential
Graduates with a strong commercial mindset and interest in technology are encouraged to apply
Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with new people
Resilient, self-motivated and target-driven
