Recruitment Consultant (Entry Level)

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in recruitment and sales within a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Whether you're a recent graduate or have experience in customer-facing roles such as sales, hospitality, retail or estate agency, we'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.

From your first day, you'll complete our structured 12-week in-house training programme, combining hands-on learning, one-to-one mentoring and daily coaching from experienced consultants. Our commitment to development has resulted in 78% of consultants being promoted within their first five months.

You'll have the opportunity to build your own specialist market, develop long-term client relationships and manage the full recruitment process from day one.

What You'll Be Doing

* Sourcing and engaging high-quality technology professionals across networking, cybersecurity, telecommunications and infrastructure markets.

* Building and maintaining long-term relationships with both candidates and clients.

* Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing through to offer management and placement.

* Writing and marketing job adverts and candidate profiles.

* Developing specialist market knowledge within your niche sector.

* Growing your own client base while working towards clear progression opportunities.
