Project Manager (ESN / Telecommunications) – Based in Bristol, Hybrid Working, Paying up to £550 Per Day, Inside IR35, 3 Month Contract, To Start ASAP

Your new role

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of complex ESN programmes within a telecommunications environment. This role suits a confident delivery professional who can bring structure to evolving requirements and lead multi stream technical delivery in high profile settings.
You'll be responsible for end‑to‑end programme delivery, coordinating multiple enabling projects, maintaining strong governance, and working closely with stakeholders to drive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead delivery of complex Telco / ESN projects where scope and requirements evolve
Apply strong programme governance, managing risks, dependencies, escalations and change control
Deliver integrated technical solutions spanning multiple workstreams and partners
Build, own and maintain complex matrix plans, clearly articulating dependencies and progress
Lead high performing matrix teams across technical and operational functions
Communicate complex plans and delivery issues in clear, simple terms
Manage commercial and contractual obligations within external delivery arrangements

What you'll need to succeed

Proven programme / project delivery experience within the Telco sector
Experience delivering large, complex, multi stream technical programmes
Strong planning, governance and stakeholder management capability
Comfortable operating in matrix organisations
